OpsCompass is seeking an experienced Campaign and Demand Generation leader to play a pivotal role in developing demand generation programs. This role will be responsible for defining, executing, and leading strategies that delivers growth as measured by filling and advancing prospects successfully through customer journey lifecycle stages and revenue across self-serve and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have experience driving top funnel lead generation through various B2B digital channels including email, social media, search, display, .com development/optimization, and traditional channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Campaign and Demand Generation Manager will work closely with a diverse set of marketing professionals including the broader go-to-market and SaaS product teams.  

Required experience: 

  • Intellectual curiosity for any project you work on (big or small)and bring a start-up mentality with ability to pivot as data demands 
  • Write masterful briefs and corresponding channel strategies that address all ecosystem touchpoints with proven results 
  • Proven experience solving and communicating complex marketing strategies to cross-functional teams, including partnership with customer success, sales, and product teams 
  • Must be a team player, equally eager to learn and coach 
  • 5+ years leading B2B marketing strategy that successfully drives demand  

Extra credit: 

  • B2B SaaS start-up experience 
  • Built an internal demand generation team or cross-functional processes 
  • Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem 

You Will: 

  • Develop and execute programs across lifecycle stages that nurture prospects from leads to closed/won sales 
  • Leverage your excellent organization and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities 
  • Rely on analytics and new go-to-market methods to test, optimize, and scale the best programs for our business and customers 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and marketing leadership to ensure campaign content aligns to our corporate, persona, and product messaging strategies 
  • Spot signals across various datapoints (email, .com, social, CRM, etc.) and share findings across all functions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
